Call For Application: Earthlore Fellowship Invites Musicians For 9-Month Collaborative Program With Tribal Musicians From Wayanad-Coorg
19 February 2025
Kerala-based not-for-profit The Archival and Research Project (ARPO) is inviting applications for Earthlore Fellowship, a 9-month program fostering collaboration between 16 indigenous artists from the Coorg-Wayanad region and 4 non-tribal musicians from India and, on a case-by-case basis, beyond.
Participants will engage in intensive workshops from April to September 2025, guided by experienced mentors, followed by a national performance tour from October to December. With the program supported by Tata Trusts, Earthlore Fellowship participants will also receive a monthly stipend of 15,000 INR alongside having their food and travel covered.
The program allows participants to balance the fellowship with other commitments but emphasises on-ground participation for the 12 days per month training sessions to foster strong collaboration, knowledge exchange, and cross-cultural dialogue.
To apply, send your application to arpoearthlore@gmail.com by February 25, 2025.
