King Sinister Mixes Drum 'n' Bass, Hip-Hop, Malayalam & 'Chappa Chappa' On 'Kettaman'

Sreejith aka King Sinister sampled 'Chappa Chappa' from the 1996 Bollywood flick 'Maachis' to create a hip-hop foundation with it before dialling up the energy with his rap till the track readily breaks into the frenzy of drum 'n' bass on his latest single 'Kettaman'. It's a myriad of elements, each present in just the right quantity to serve as a cohesive, energetic, and foreboding sum of its parts.
Taking things further, the Bangalore-hailing rapper peppers the English verses with some Malayalam, not making the journey about his South Indian influences but unabashedly letting them come through. They show up in his delivery style as well as penmanship, with the declaration of "I am a badman" being reiterated in half-Malayalam to give the track title 'Kettaman'.
King Sinister just supplemented the single release with a music video, bringing in high-octane action sequences to match his rapping style and also amping up the party-ready qualities of the track's drum 'n' bass parts.
