Yuhina & Space Hydra Tease Collaborative EP With Single 'Lego House (Redux)'

Bangalore singer-producer Yuhina Lachungpa and producer-bassist Krishnajit Bhattacharya aka Space Hydra have joined forces for an upcoming EP which they have unveiled by reworking Yuhina's 2021 track 'Lego House'.

The 2021 version of the song was a sparse offering that left space for Yuhina's characteristic reassuring vocal delivery. In contrast, the new collaborative version is more abrasive and hard-hitting, possibly due to the post-rock influence of Space Hydra's work. Not only does the rework offer more elements to keep the listener interested, but they also contrast well against the song's reassurances of being okay with making mistakes and expressing yourself without fear – a message that was introduced in 2021 with the note, "a love note to my child self. A promise to always keep her alive."
