Alt J and Rudimental to Headline Emerge Festival

Details have been announced for the first ever edition of Live Viacom18’s music and art festival – ‘EMERGE’ and (as you may have already heard), this edition is going to be pretty huge. The team is bringing in immensely popular, Grammy nominated band Alt J along with drum n’ bass quartet and Mercury Prize nominees –Rudimental, who will be playing a DJ set at the festival.
Apart from the incredible headliners, EMERGE will also feature performances by percussionist Daniel Waples, feat. The Petebox, Parvaaz, Advaita and more.
EMERGE as a property has been responsible for bringing a lot of talent to India in the past, but this is their first foray into the festival world. The day long event will also feature a variety of art work in the form of installations, live art showcases, sculptures and more, describing itself as “an amalgamation of all things creative”.
