Call for Applications: The ARThinkSouthAsia Fellowship

Applications are now open for the next round of the ARThinkSouthAsia Fellowship – an initiative of the South Asian circuit of Goethe Instituts - the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany, and The British Council - The United Kingdom's international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities, in cooperation with Khoj International Artists’ Association; the fellowship has been designed to help exceptional individuals develop their skills, knowledge reach out to relevant networks and people to help them grow.

The initiative aims to benefit the cultural sector in South Asia as a whole by supporting potential leaders in the cultural sector of South Asia which includes a variety of fields such as museums, visual and performing arts and digital media.

The ARThinkSouthAsia Fellowship will include a two week residential course in May 2015 and an internship in Germany, UK or South Asia over 2015-16.

A total of Fifteen candidates will be selected for the fellowship. To apply, you need to have completed at least a graduate degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualifications and experience of at least 3 years, either in employment or freelance. The Fellowship is only open to residents of South Asia and the deadline is 15 November, 2014.
