Competition: Win Invites To See Tiger & Woods This Weekend

We've talked about it enough now.

This weekend Heineken Green Room, the exclusive series of extremely intimate, invite-only events is due to feature the enigmatic and elusive disco duo Tiger & Woods. The three events taking place in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore (details here) promise to feature some of the most exciting and innovative sounds this side of The Atlantic. We need not mention some of the most dancefloor friendly too.

Known for their anonymity and loop-friendly funk-disco-house sensibilities, Tiger & Woods are right on top of their game. As with the first edition of Heineken Green Room, this edition will feature the Heineken Green Room Sessions, which suitably will revolve around the question: ‘Is anonymity the new stardom?’

“Nowadays you can find all the infos and details about everyone just browsing internet. The magic of an unknown record from an unknown artist is a bit lost now and we wanted to do something like the old white labels and let people dream about who’s behind those records. We’ve noticed a constant show off from artists and DJs acting like superstars… We just want people focusing on music.”

Earlier this year the duo also offered up a free album titled 'Wiki & Leaks'. The 15-track collection can be downloaded via the duo's SoundCloud, and includes a number of cuts the pair recently served up on a recent mix for international dance blog/forum Resident Advisor. If you're yet to hear of these guys, we suggest if you give it a good listen.

Nov 30/New Delhi - Tiger & Woods + Bjorn Wilke - Session 3pm / Show 8pm onwards
Dec 1/Mumbai - Tiger & Woods + M.Mat/Twisted Bass/DJ Vinit Dave - Session 3pm / Show 8pm onwards
Dec 2/Bangalore - Tiger & Woods + M.Mat/Ajit Pai - Session 3pm / Show 8pm onwards

Although Mumbai and Dehli's events are open to the public (with an extortionate cover charge) Bangalore is invite-only. To be in with a chance to win tickets, simply email your name and contact number through to info@thewildcity.com with Tiger & Woods and the city you would like to attend in the subject line (please also let us know if you'd like to attend the afternoon talks).

For each city, we'll be picking 2 names at random who'll each be getting a pair of tickets to attend the show in a venue of their choice. Good luck!
