Calling All Bands/DJs: Play At NH7 Weekender (Delhi & Pune)

Want to play at the Bacardi NH7 Weekender? Well, this may be your last chance.

NH7 in association with Bindass are giving one band the opportunity to play at the Bacardi NH7 Weekender in Delhi. To be in with a chance, all you need to do is send in an audition track to bindassrestless@nh7.in. You've got till 12pm on Wednesday 3 October. NH7 will be picking a band of their choice later this week. It really is that simple. (Full terms and conditions can be found here)

That's not all.

Dub Station, one of the most innovative and exciting stages at the Bacardi NH7 Weekender also have an open slot for one lucky electronica producer/DJ at the Pune edition. To be in with a chance to play simply create a 30 minute mix titled “#NH7Weekender - @Dub_station stage DJ Set Contest - (YOUR DJ NAME HERE)” on SoundCloud. Use the following tags, ‘nh7weekender – dubstationindia – your artist name – the genre of music you use’ and be sure to use the artwork that NH7 have uploaded onto their page as the artwork for the mix. The contest is open to music which only represents the genres of reggae/dancehall, dubstep, trap, drum and bass, moomnahton, electro hip-hop, glitch-hop and experimental electronica. Plenty to play with then.

Keep all of these rules in mind when you submit your entry because failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Then simply share your mix with NH7 and your friends. The set with the most plays and favourites/tweets/likes makes it to the final five. NH7.in will then pick a winner who'll get the opportunity to play the first hour long set at the Weekender. The winner will also be given one free ticket to the festival, a bag of Dub Station and Bacardi NH7 Weekender merch and a picture with his/her favourite Dub Station artist in Pune, as well as travel and accommodation for the duration of the weekend. Send your final mix to dubstation@nh7.in and then start sharing. The final 5 will be announced on October 24.
