Whale In The Pond Return With New Single 'Pink'

Whale In The Pond, the indie-folk group from Kolkata that impressed us greatly with their sophomore EP 'Dofon' and through subsequent occasional singles and works of individual members, have just shared their latest single 'Pink'.

Following their last release nearly 2 years ago, 'Pink' sees the band carry their defining intimacy of plucked and softly strummed acoustic instruments with the new grandness of lofty layers of vocals and synth. The distantly reverberating singing post the first refrain juxtaposes against the aforementioned intimacy to give the track a dream-like feel as the quartet of multi-instrumentalists bring together their varying talents in creating a colourful and ever-complimentary sonic tapestry.
