Thank You: Magnetic Fields 2015

We’re slowly stumbling back into everyday existence after the unreal weekend at Magnetic Fields 2015. We’re overwhelmed, speechless and so, so grateful for all the support and love we’ve seen this year. It’s humbling to see our little community grow and this year’s edition opened our eyes to all the wonderful individuals who helped make the festival as special as it was.

We never thought we would be able to recreate the magic of Magnetic Fields once again, and we’re overjoyed to proven wrong. This past weekend has been the culmination of a years worth of hard work, tears and plenty of love, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude and love to all our collaborators, partners, volunteers, artists, festival-goers and the people of Alsisar for being a part of it.

We heard some of the most spectacular music ever thanks to a bunch of talented artists who made their way to a little palace in the middle of the desert from within India and all over the world.

None of it would have been possible without our phenomenal partners – thank you WeThePpl, THOT, Abhimanyu, Smita (Undercover Agents) and the tirelessly working crew at Mixtape.

We wouldn’t have been able to attain the quality of music and production we had this year without the teams at Red Bull Music Academy, Border Movement, Goethe Institut, The Austrian Cultural Forum, Embassy Of Israel in India, Resident Advisor and Thump as well as the incredible team behind our visuals and lights across both stages; Oblique, Zombie and Amandeep Pablay. Thank you for being a part of Magnetic Fields 2015!

The festival also had support from the good people at TATVA, who managed our welfare area, Nappa Dori – our partners in crime as always, Little Black Book, Insider, Viagogo, Artfoto Studios, Fox Life, Jameson, Heineken and Bisleri. We want to extend our appreciation and recognition to you all.

To all the incredible patrons at Magnetic Fields 2015 – we are so thankful you made it this year and we await your return with open arms and hearts for year four. Please keep tagging us in images with #MagFields2015 so we can also reminisce in your experiences.

Following the madness of the past weekend, Wild City will also be taking a break till 5 January. We know it’s hard to go without your daily dose of news, features, mixes, reviews, and all the other bits of information that get posted up on our site, but don't worry - we'll be back up and running shortly with the freshest content we can dig up.
