Wild City To Tour Daedelus In India This July

We’re incredibly pleased to announce that Wild City will be bringing in Ninja Tune / Brainfeeder producer Alfred Darlington, known better as Daedelus, to India this July.
Darlington is by no means an ordinary producer. He takes his name from the famous craftsman of Greek mythology known for his ingenious inventions, and as the father of the epic’s greatest moron, Icarus. From his appearance (“early Victorian dandyism”) to his distinct sound, Daedelus has carved a niche for himself that no other musician can occupy.
He’s produced with, remixed or been remixed by gods in the electronic music industry including Flylo, Nosaj Thing, The Gaslamp Killer and many more. His acclaimed 2005 album ‘Exquisite Corpse’ featured guest appearances from MF Doom and Mike Ladd. To call Daedelus a ‘charismatic’ live performer is an understatement - he’s a live wire on stage, absorbed entirely in the sound he’s creating (have a look at his NYC Boiler Room set below to see what we’re talking about). The producer’s last Tennyson inspired album ‘The Light Brigade’, released via Flying Lotus’ Brainfeeder record label last year, was met with acclaim by fans and critics alike. We could go on forever.
