Ciel & shesaid.so Announce CDJ Workshop

shesaid.so, the global network of women in the music industry, has just announced a CDJ workshop as part of their next meetup in Mumbai, with Discwoman member Cindy Li aka Ciel who heads to India for a 3-city tour.
The Xi’an born and Toronto-based DJ, producer and promoter is known for her single-minded resolve to improve her adopted home of Toronto, advocating female representation in everything she does including, but not limited to, hosting parties for discwoman, her own property Work In Progress and radio shows for Rinse FM. However, Ciel first cut her teeth in the city’s music scene through her DJ sets which follow her intuitive approach to soundtracking the dancefloor with older records. Ciel’s sets pack an inherent dreaminess rooting from her love of shoegaze – apparent in her mix below.
