Ziro festival was by all accounts a magical dream - those lucky folks who made it there for year 2 came floating back to the city with blissful tales. The scenery, the music, the bamboo, the people, the dog meat - yup you heard right, and there were also rumours of bat chops for the miscellaneous meat connoisseurs.
