La Fleur To Tour 3 Cities In India

Swedish-born Berlin-based DJ and producer La Fleur is commencing her 3-city India tour this week.

There are many artists who grow up with firm knowledge of what they want to do or who they want to be. This wasn't the case for La Fleur, who started her professional career as a pharmacist. It was a fortunate trip to Berlin that tipped her over and compelled her to transition from the laboratory to a studio.

Pharmacy is an exact, repetitive science, based on formulaic precision. With her music, La Fleur seems hell-bent on breaking out from those boxes and letting her creativity and experimentation run free. Getting voted as one of Mixmag's Breakthrough DJs doesn't come easy; neither does the residency at Watergate in Berlin, or Ibiza's Pacha. But La Fleur's multiple releases like 'Flowerhead' and 'Arms Around' as well as her deep house, techno and tech-house sets speak for themselves.

The multi-talent also runs her own imprint Power Plant, which has an offshoot as a fashion capsule collection Power Plant Elements.
