Mumbai Prepares For Yet Another 'Festival': Tilt

With over 3000 attendees at its 1st edition in 2010, 'THE TiLT' is an urban culture festival offering an experience in music, cuisine, fashion, technology, visual and performing arts.

This weekend from April 20-22, three of Mumbai's neighbouring watering holes; Busaba, Cafe Zoe and blueFrog will play host to The TiLT Festival in its new avatar - Mumbai’s first "urban culture festival."

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and make use of the The TiLT special at Busaba (buy 1, get 1 free), before walking around to explore cutting edge 3D performances as part of India Goes 3D from a lineup that throughout the day consists of Daniel Haaksman, Coma, Ada and New Delhi-based audiovisual collective BLOT!.

If music and entertainment isn't enough, there are two parallel food festivals showcasing exotic cuisines from Europe and South East Asia. Highlights include all celebrity-curated showcases such as the outdoor flea market by actor Shruti Seth and My Company. Alongside all of this, expect fire-dancing, breakdance, parkour, photography, and much more.

Definitely worth getting out in to the heat for!
