Wild City To Present The Ska Vengers & Peter Cat Recording Co. In New Delhi

When it comes to live acts in India, there are few bigger than Peter Cat Recording Co. (pcrc) or The Ska Vengers.
We're thrilled to be hosting both bands in a heavyweight line-up on 26 October at Auro Kitchen & Bar in New Delhi. The event will feature the Ska Vengers in their first Delhi show since their mammoth UK tour this summer where they played 35 shows including 3 at Glastonbury Festival. The 7-piece band blend ska rhythms with elements of dub, punk, jazz and rap creating their own genre-defying sound that is refreshingly different, energetic and highly danceable. Easily one of the most exciting, relevant (and stylish) live musical acts in India.
Peter Cat Recording Co, known as pcrc, play a variety of genres from gypsy jazz to ballroom waltz. A 4-piece Delhi-based band whose sound is inspired by 60s/70s Bollywood music, their 2015 album ‘Climax’ is still one of the most widley acclaimed records to be released in India this decade.
