Design Fabric WIP Sessions #02

With the launch of Design Fabric in February has come a whole host of events.

One of these is WIP Sessions - a space where artists and designers talk about their unfinished, current and upcoming projects, largely to a young and aspiring audience. The first edition of this took place recently with details for the second edition having just been announced.

Design studio Animal along with visual artist and illustrator Sajid Wajid Shaikh will speak at the second instalment of WIP Sessions. Joining them will be photographer Prarthna Singh and Avinash Kumar of BLOT! and Quicksand, an innovation and strategic consulting firm.

Design Fabric is a Mumbai-based arts and design publication that launched in February. They collaborate with artists and designers to produce stories on various themes with the opening theme of ‘GIFs’ very well received, they went on to produce ‘IMAGE’ for their next issue before following it up with ‘URDU’, their upcoming release. They’ve also put together several exhibits and workshops.
