Sultry Mist Announces Auntie Flo, Zequenx, Ustad Bahauddin Dagar & More For "A Festival For All Senses"
13 February 2025
Sultry Mist, a contemporary music and arts festival, returns to Goa from February 28 to March 2, unfolding across the villages of Aldona and Corjuem with a just-released lineup. Aiming to be a "Festival For All The Sense". Sultry Mist will weave together music performances, gastronomic experiences, immersive presentations, and site-specific installations, offering a glimpse into the region’s contemporary creative and cultural landscape to a limited audience.
Alongside a five-course performative meal by artists Nikhil Chopra and Omar de Loila Pereira at Ini Chatterji’s Ice Factory and a twilight performance by the Stuti Choir in the courtyard of Corjuem Gymkhana, the 3-day event festival will also have a picnic at Olaulim Backyard soundtracked by ambient modular performance from Goa-rooted British artist Auntie Flo as well as acclaimed rudra veena player, Ustad Bahauddin Dagar. Festival-goers can also explore the local flora with botanists, immerse in a variety show by Art Attack, experience experimental soundscapes by Zequenx and Sound Codes, witness a collaboration between Mando musicians and Portuguese DJ-producer Caroline Lethô incubated by Kenneth Lobo, and dance through the night at Phil Rock to the sounds of Andrea Young and AcidAktiv.
