Fuzzy Logic Crowdfunds Animated Music Video For ‘Pretty Child’

4 July 2016

Mumbai born music producer and musician Arfaaz Kagalwala, better known as Fuzzy Logic is collaborating with American stop-motion animator and sculptor Joey Ellis for a new music video for ‘Pretty Child’, a track taken from his forthcoming EP – ‘Foe On The Floor’.

Kagalwala has launched a crowdfunding campaign, aiming to raise a total of 3 lakhs on Wishberry to finance the project. They’re already way past the halfway mark, with 14 days remaining to raise the rest. Rewards include the usual merchandise and mentions, the chance for you (or your loved ones) to be featured in the final cut of the video and even a two hour long one-on-one skype design workshop with Ellis or audio production workshop with Kagalwala.

The plan for the music video involves stitching together thousands of photographs together into a themed storyboard.

“This song is a narrative of a parent to their child saying, ‘I want you to grow up to be who you want to be, not what society wants you to be’. The lyrics are extremely simple, and about being anything you want in the world.” Fuzzy Logic tells Rolling Stone India.

You can check out the entire campaign here for more information and to contribute – there are just 14 days left. Follow Fuzzy Logic on Facebook and Soundcloud for updates and listen to the teaser for his upcoming ‘Foe On The Floor’ EP below.
