Reso To Play Show In New Delhi. Free Download - 'The Rugged'

Audio Aashram and blueFROG in association with Wild City, later this month will showcase the sounds of UK based producer and DJ, Reso. A forward thinking bass music producer that is consistently moving a whole spectrum of electronic genres forward, whilst further cementing his place as the overlord of hi-tech, tear-out and precision dubstep.

With Reso, dubstep, wobble, hypercrunk, breaks, wonky, hip-hop, house and even drum and bass all receive treatment. His deep musicality (as a seasoned drummer), intricate programming, and wildly diverse references, in 2013 also place him at the peak of a new breed of electronic music producers.

In the follow up to his critically acclaimed debut ‘Tangram’, Reso last month treated fans to a free download of ‘Reso - The Rugged’; a precursor to the release of ‘Tangram Remixed’ which came out on 11 March, featuring reworks from the likes of KOAN Sound, Om Unit, Starkey and Doshy.

Having created a reputation for ripping new holes into dancefloors, the bashful King of tearout has taken his musical sensibilities in a refreshingly varied direction with Tangram, showcasing his ability to stay true to his roots while also offering fans the opportunity to delve into his ‘other side’ with more downtempo tracks.

'The Rugged' features all that we love about Reso’s complex and layered synthy, sinister sounds. The man is on a roll and we're more than excited about co-hosting this show alongside Audio Aashram and blueFROG.
