JD Rock Awards: Winners Announced

The annual Jack Daniels Rock Awards took place at an intimate ceremony at Mumbai's Mehboob Studios last night. Reports suggest that the show which featured live performances from Indus Creed, Sky Rabbit and Ankur & The Ghalat Family was a roaring success.
The biggest winners by far on the night were Mumbai based rock band, Pentagram. In total they took home 6 awards including Best Band, Best Album and Best Song. They also took home Rs 5 Lakh as part of the Best Band category.

Best Song: Pentagram - Tomorrow’s Decided
Best Drummer: Vibhas Venkatram (Eccentric Pendulum)
Best Vocalist (Male): Vishal Dadlani (Pentagram)
Best Vocalist (Female): Subhadra Kamath (Fire Exit)
Best Keyboardist: Stephen Kaye (The Ska Vengers)
Best Bassist: Abhinav Chaudhary (The Circus)
Best Guitarist: Randolph Correia (Pentagram)
