Area 79 Postponed Until October 2012

This weekend Audio Aashram announced that Area 79, a festival due to run between 8-11 March has had to be postponed until October 2012 due to local elections and the disruption this would inevitably cause.

“We feel that no matter how much we want to do this right now, it will be a chaotic experience for everyone to travel in Punjab at that particular point in time due to the results being declared various political parties will be celebrating their wins and there will be lots of road blocks and general chaos.”
