Listen: New Project From Portishead's Geoff Barrow

Invada head honcho, Geoff Barrow recently compiled and uploaded 11 (just released and forthcoming) tracks for free streaming via their Soundcloud.
The UK based label is home to a number of various acts including Crippled Black Phoenix and his side-project Beak>. On this new sampler, Barrow has shared two brand new tracks from Beak> along with a cover of the Chromatics' "In the City" by frequent collaborator Anika. There's also two tracks from DROKK, the new collaboration from Barrow and Ben Sailsbury.
"Don't expect genre-specific releases, we're here to promote underground gems you'll struggle to find elsewhere (...) We're not one of those labels that has brunches with music supervisors. We haven't got a publishing company, we don't take the bands' merch stuff, it's a 50/50 split. It's quite a prehistoric way of running an indie." - Geoff Barrow
