Call For Applications: Music Basti ReSound 2017

Delhi-based NGO Music Basti has another great opportunity for those looking to develop their skills as a music teacher and educator.

Music Basti will select 30 musicians from the Delhi/NCR region for the 9-month ReSound program. It runs from June 2017 to March 2018.

Placing prospective teachers in schools and community-based organisations, they also train teachers through ongoing training sessions.

Music Basti’s ReSound program is designed to enable children to write and perform their own original songs that tell the stories of their communities. Through a mixture of bespoke oral musical training, songwriting and performing, the ReSound curriculum builds and encourages a variety of life-skills such as confidence, creativity and leadership.
