Listen: ‘Just This Once’ By Bulli Bainbridge

Zain Calcuttawala is a music producer and sound engineer who has taken on the alias of Bulli Bainbridge to release his debut EP, ‘Just This Once’.

More of a beat-tape than an EP, ‘Just This Once’ has a thematic approach to it. Portraying the story of a night out and the various frames of mind or situations one might face. It also features local musicians Sid Talwar, Rohan Rajadhyaksha and Jishnu ‘Short Round’ Guha.

‘Just This Once’ is an ode to Bainbridge’s influences which range from DJ Krush to Nujabes and tends to imitate more than create anything new. But, if the Mumbai-based producer can make such a confident debut ep, we’re excited to hear more from him.
