Deep Purple, Goo Goo Dolls & The War On Drugs To Perform In India For Bandland

American rock legends Deep Purple and the massively popular Goo Goo Dolls alongside indie-rock group The War On Drugs and Australian act Amyl and The Sniffers will be part of the lineup for Bandland, a new music multi-day event that is set to take place at Bangalore's Embassy International Riding School Ground on December 16 and 17.

Featuring 12 acts over 2 days and 2 stages, Bandland will see rising Indian indie forces like The F16s, The Pacifist, Aswekeepsearching, Skrat, Parvaaz and The Earth Below join the international giants. Prominent Indian acts Parikrama and Thermal And A Quarter will also be on the lineup, both playing alongside Deep Purple for the second time after supporting them before in 1994 and 2001 respectively.
