Listen: Hybrid Protokol Releases Debut LP ‘Deep Beyond Belief’

Kolkata based electronic duo Hybrid Protokol (Soumajit Ghosh and Aneesh Basu) have just released their debut LP called ‘Deep Beyond Belief’.
This is a project we’ve been keeping a close eye on ever since they performed at Border Movement Lounge in Kolkata. Hybrid Protokol specialises in their live analogue electronic setup, and many of you will remember them from the last SIMA collaboration (listen here).
Their musical style varies from breakbeat to alternative techno and acid fused with elements of ethnic folk and acoustic instrumentals. Their 6 track debut LP ‘Deep Beyond Belief’ really is quite original – earning a seal of approval from the likes of Audio Pervert and online mags like Frequency Asia.
