Listen: Karachi Based Tollcrane Releases ▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌EP

We’ve been keeping our ears and eyes peeled for this one.

Karachi based producer and RBMA Tokyo alumni Tollcrane, otherwise known as Talha Wynn has just released his (completely unsearchable / verbally unpronounceable) ▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌EP.

The 4-track release comes after a couple of teases on his exclusive Wild City Mix, including ‘Tweaky Scott’ with another one of our favourite Pakistani beatmakers NAWKSH, plus a single with fellow RBMA graduate Bodyverse ‘Cardio Mousse’. Tollcrane’s EP (most of which we’ve heard already) is an intricate and skillfully produced set of weird, left of centre, techno and house inflected electronic, largely danceable tunes that lives up to the hype.

This spectrum of sound may not be for everyone, but if you’re into robotic, heady grooves and big, frenetic dance music, you’ll definitely be able to gauge the love that went into making the ▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌▌EP.
