Watch: Sandunes Releases Animated Video For ‘Exit Strategy’

Sanaya Ardeshir’s new animated video for ‘Exit Strategy’ is a reminder of our expanding alternative music industry and a testament to crowdfunding done right. Conceptualised and created by Nikunj Patel and released via THUMP, this beautifully styled animated short is easily one of the most enchanting little music videos we’ve seen this year so far.

Funded entirely by the fans and well-wishers, the video tells the tale of an astronaut lost on a distant planet and his beloved back on the third rock from the sun. Its release also comes just in time for the SxSW showcase, which is curated by Delhi’s REProduce Artists and will feature Sandunes along with Heems, DJ HVAD and Hashbach Hashish.
