The Coalition/2 Goes National

14 January 2015

After a hugely successful first edition, The Coalition will be back for its second round this year with workshops, clinics, talks and unwind sessions taking place for lucky participants from 27 February to 1 March. The initiative by OML and Do One Thing has become a veritable melting pot of creativity and entrepreneurial endeavor in its short span running, and this year, TC/2 is upping the ante by widening its horizons and spreading the goodness to cities around the country.

9 creative entrepreneurs in Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi will explore and discuss reinvention and business in ‘What Does Reinvention Mean To You’ - a run up to TC/2 that is open to the public and will take place this evening in Mumbai and Bangalore, and tomorrow in Delhi.

Speakers include AIB comedian Gursimran Khamba in Mumbai, illustrator and visual artist Shilo Shiv Suleman (who also contributed to Magnetic Fields Festival this year) in Bangalore and Little Black Book’s Suchita Salwan and Abhineet Singh from creative advertising/design firm The Brewhouse in Delhi. The events will take place at each cities respective Social Offline venue.

The talk in Bangalore will be followed by an “Unwind Session” and a performance by The Yellow Car Theory while Delhi will see a live performance by incredibly talented American rapper, George Watsky.

Applications to TC/2 have been extended to 20 January (register here). The team has also released a fantastic after movie for their 2014 edition which you can view here. Check out The Coalition’s website for more information and follow them on Facebook and Twitter for updates.
