Windsong Music Festival Hyderabad Lineup Announced

India's first eco-friendly music festival, Windsong Music Festival, has announced it's lineup for the Hyderaba edition. The two day weekend getaway features a wide range of music genres including pop, rock, funk, folk, reggae and live electronica. The Windsong experience offers enthusiasts a taste of quality music packaged with exhilirating adventure sports against the backdrop of the great outdoors.

Lineup:

Main Stage:

- Farhan Akhtar - Bollywood actor and singer
- Lesle Lewis - Veteran pop and rock artist from Mumbai
- Indian Ocean - Indian rock band formed in 1990 from New Delhi, considered to be the pioneers of the fusion rock genre in India
- Swarathma - Folk rock band based formed in 2002 from Bangalore
- Lagori - Folk rock fusion band based in Bangalore
- Junkyard Groove - An alternative rock band formed in 2005 from Chennai

Garage Stage:

- The F16s - An alternative/electro-rock band formed in 2012 from Chennai
- Skrat - A three-piece alternative rock band formed in 2006 from Chennai
- Prateek Kuhad - Prateek Kuhad is a pop-rock singer-songwriter since 2010 from New York/New Delhi
- Neethusha Cherckal - Pop artist from Bangalore
- Kanan Gill's NYEH - Comedy rock band from Bangalore
- Kenny Sebastian - Musical comedy from Bangalore

After Party:

- Jitter - Voted no. 2 DJ by DJ Mag India from New Delhi
- BLOT! - Underground electronica act from New Delhi

The festival will take place from 29-30 November, 2014, at the Boulder Golf & Country Club, Hyderabad. Gates open at 12 noon. Tickets for the event are Rs 575 (plus tax) for a Student Pass or Rs 863 (plus tax) for a General Pass. Tickets are available here.
