Dropbox Talent: The Sine Painter

We’re reviving dropbox talents this week with Jayanth R., musical alias: The Sine Painter. The fledgeling producer uploaded two original downtempo electronic tracks onto our dropbox, which we thought were worth sharing.

With ‘Night Drive’, The Sine Painter uses chopped up vocal samples and a great groove to create a mellow, groove based number that has the potential to translate well on the dance floor.

‘Not In Love’ is lengthy, clocking in at just under 10 minutes. Its beat driven sounds start on a simple note, building melody gradually and introducing manipulated vocals at the 4 minute mark to produce a particularly impressive, layered number that ends on a high.
