Frame/Friends: New Monthly Property Curated by Frame/Frame

30 October 2014

Following the success of his debut EP ‘Swimmers’, and new single ‘Hard Boiled Wonderland’, Delhi based producer Nikhil Kaul, aka Frame/Frame, is ready to introduce a fresh, new property to the city’s music scene.

Frame/Friends, the new monthly project, aims to showcase the best electronic music from around the country to the people of New Delhi. For each edition Nikhil will invite a new group of exciting guest artists to either play alongside him, or in a line up curated by him. The first edition of this explosive new night will showcase a new live show by Frame/Frame himself, as well as a set by Toymob of Teddy Boy Kill fame, unveiling his project Slaughterhouse for the very first time, featuring a very special surprise guest (or two).

Nikhil had a few words to add:

"The idea behind Frame/Friends is to be able to showcase cutting edge acts from around the country and be able to keep it fresh with each subsequent edition. For the first one, I'm super excited about finally presenting a brand new 60 minute set that Sahil, my drummer and I have been working on for the past year, comprising largely of material that has never been played to a live audience before.”

The details for the first edition of Frame/Friends are as follows:

Line up: Frame/Frame (New Live Show) & Toymob Presents Slaughterhouse (Feat. very special guests)
Venue: Imperfecto, Hauz Khas Village
