Sound Reasons Festival: Sound Art & Experimental Electronic Music

The first edition of the Sound Reasons Festival for sound art and experimental electronic music is set to launch in Delhi and Bangalore between 4-22 November. The festival will comprise of a series of sound installations, live music, workshops and sound performances with a few exhibitions continuing into 2013.
The aim of the festival is to create an opportunity for artists from around the world to interact, exchange and reflect on their own practise alongside promoting electronic music and sound art in India. The festival will also provide a platform to create new work by establishing a studio within which artists taking part in the events can collaborate and create hybrid forms of electro-acoustic music and sound installations.
