The Bicycle Days To Release Debut LP In November

Over the past two years Bangalore based 4-piece, The Bicycle Days have been working their way towards greater and wider recognition within the Indian indie circuit. Formed in late 2009 the band released their critically acclaimed EP '42' in 2010. A psychedelic and moody collection of songs, it reflected the fact that each member of the band brought their individual musical influences and tastes to their recordings.

News has just emerged that the band has moved into a studio to record their debut LP. Titled 'Calamitunes' and due out for release in November it promises more electronica samples as well as the bands trademark lush guitar work. It will be followed by an album launch tour towards the end of the year.
