Josh Wink

An American producer who simultaneously possessed European hit singles, a major-label album contract, consistent contact with the dance mainstream, plus the requisite underground credentials, Josh Wink appeared to lack for nothing at the peak of his success in the mid-'90s. Part of the East Coast/Philadelphia dance scene, Wink recorded three trance monsters out of his bedroom studio (as Wink, Winx, and Size 9) that topped charts in Europe during 1995 and saw him anointed as a dance poster boy, easily recognized by his ruddy good looks and flowing blond dreadlocks. Hardly the techno kingpin, however, Wink's espousal of a vegan lifestyle and his defiantly anti-drug ideals made him something of a unique personality in the hedonistic world of dance music.

Laughing Buddha

With a career spanning nearly 20 years, from the early days of the Goa Trance scene and his involvement as co-producer on the seminal album ‘Cosmology’ on Transient Records as one half of Cosmosis, Laughing Buddha developed his solo career with releases on Flying Rhino, T.I.P. Records, Dragonfly (as Drum Druids) and other labels before moving on to the green and exciting pastures of the Nano Records team.

Artists

Praveen Achary

As a homegrown artist with chart topping productions on heavyweight international record labels, a penchant for playing DJ sets that resonate across the world and a successful imprint of his own – Praveen Achary holds the trump card most artists in his genre would kill for.

With a unique combination of deep, tech and progressive house, his style has always gained him a lot of appreciation by fellow artists and fans alike. His record label, Juicebox Music, is India's premier melodic and deep progressive house imprint with a roster that includes Dousk, Petar Dundov, David Granha, Dale Middleton, Lonya & Santiago Garcia among others.

Vinayak^a

Weaving his inner journey into a medley of sounds, Vinayak's compositions are a reflection of his true self. His music is a celebration of divinity in human spirit, of intensity in passion and ecstasy in silence. Through complex layers and textures, he constantly attempts to translate the serenading tones of human expression be it angst or joy, lust or desire into sounds and vibrations. His existence is defined by the ricocheting sounds of melody and rhythm. His identity is conjoined with the fabric of music. It is the only thing that binds him with his soul and helps him establish an intimate connection with humankind. Music, inevitably, has become his medium of expression today. Through unconventional time signatures, beat patterns and groovy melodies, his sounds envelop your senses by building a sense of mystery and depth.

Murthovic

The multi-talented Murthy’s abiding passion has seen him conceive his own celebrated brand of music – a variant of house, techno and bass with influences from his upbringing of hip hop, soul, funk, disco reggae and early 90s crossover electronica music. Yet that’s not even his superpower, which lies in his dedication to all variants of his craft and his work as an author, composer, sound designer and creator. Apart from perfecting crossover forms of electronic music as a DJ in clubs and festivals, he is also a cutting edge producer and radio host for Pioneer India’s monthly radio show where he plays a unique mix of IDM, dub, electronica and indie music.

dotdat

dotdat is a manifestation of the musical philosophy and inspirations that drive the man behind it. With techno at the core of his ambiguous, dark and hypnotic sounds, dotdat explores new dimensions of melody and movement.
