Opening Acts Announced For Major Lazer At VH1 Supersonic Arcade

Unless you’ve been residing at the bottom of a well for the last month, you probably already know that mega-group Major Lazer will be touring India over the (very busy) weekend, as part of the VH1 Supersonic Arcade. Comprised of electro giants Diplo, The Jillionaire and Walshy Fire, the three-city tour looks like it’s going to be one hell of a party and one worth attending if you’re missing out on the Magnetic Fields Festival in Rajasthan this year.
VH1 Supersonic, along with their partners at Oji, have just announced an impressive list of acts that will be opening for them at all three cities. The tour will be kicking off in Mumbai on with the Engine-Earz, Foreign Beggars’ Orifice Vulgatron and BOGL – an American DJ who will make his India debut this week, performing at all three cities. The Delhi edition (13 December) will open with veteran dancehall collective Reggae Rajahs, while Bangalore will see a set by Sound Avtar vs. DJ Sa and a performance by electro export B.R.E.E.D.
